She is professional at all times, as one would hope and expect of an agent, but more than that she's a very real, warm, genuine person. She is knowledgeable about the market and gives honest advice. When the inevitable glitch or complication arose in our negotiations and closing, Jami handled the situation promptly and with a great attitude.
